In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, egg, and dried thyme. Mix well and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the sliced potatoes, grated cheese, olive oil, salt, paprika, turmeric, and cumin. Vigorously mix the ingredients in a freezer bag to ensure they are well coated.
Heat a greased frying pan over medium heat. Add a layer of the potato mixture to the pan, then spread the tuna mixture evenly over the top.
Add the remaining potato mixture over the top of the tuna and press down lightly to compact the layers.
Cook the pie on medium heat for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Once the pie is cooked on both sides, transfer it to a serving plate and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Enjoy your delicious tuna and potato pie with a crispy crust and flavorful filling!

ABOUT ME
Welcome, I have been passionate about cooking since my childhood.
I had the opportunity to work as a chef for 20 years. This love of cooking comes from my grandparents who were spice merchants.
I learned with them the smells, the colors of spices, the freshness of vegetables and fruits, the taste of dried fruits and vegetables. Exploring the cultural and historical roots of food can be a fascinating topic.
I hope that you will find in my website a wellspring of inspiration for your meals. Please feel free to ask any question about my recipes .
